Milliken monitors compliance with our Global Human Rights Policy. Milliken respects and supports internationally recognized human rights. This Policy is guided by the principles found in the U.N. Guiding Principles for Business and Human Rights; U.N. Universal Declaration of Human Rights; and the International Labor Organization's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. Milliken is also a participant of the United Nations Global Compact and reports annually on our progress.
